Preparing for Planet in Sign Changes ~ 26 September 2012

Maybe it’s me, but as this year flies by, September has been dragging as we push into the new season and await notable planet in sign changes. In one week Venus enters Virgo. On October 5th (all changes according to GMT) Mercury and Saturn plow into Scorpio. And on October 7th, Mars accepts the intrepid challenges of Sagittarius after a relaxing stint in one of the signs he rules. Well, if not relaxing, certainly potent.

Perhaps things will feel more refreshed than if equinoctial house cleaning just completed. Then again, maybe some preparation work needs attention... sign change mise en place, if you will.

This past week inner determination might have clicked up a valance level into a more determined energy state. The energy upgrade resulted from a passionately focused Mars in Scorpio angling through the “course adjustment required” quincunx to the not to be shut out, Eris. Tweaks in action, improvement in direction, and resetting the link between intention and action matches the prescription of that recently applied transit.

In two days the Sun in Libra opposes Uranus in Aries. This is a perfect personification of a give yourself a whack on the side of the head, a kick in the seat of the pants, and a think outside the box push. Here’s the trick question: Can you think outside the box without coming off like a whack job? Sure, you can.

Spend time in the free-think zone outside the box and knock on the box’s door with suggestions that make sense to boxed in thinking for stepping away from restrictive practices and into evolutionary solutions that benefit all. Ideas must be grounded, unselfish, timely and forward thinking.

On the first day of October Mars and the lunar north node align in Scorpio. Simply, feel what you’re passionate about. Get your inner furnace running on nuclear power with unlimited determination and the desire to make good with your most focused, fulfilling and noble aspirations. This is a transit for you. Here you make sure your inner flame cannot be blown out by the skeptical gasps of nay-sayers.

As Saturn and Mercury enter Scorpio on the 5th, it’s time to put well-thought plans into action. Saturn reminds all those setting out on the journey that this is not a short trip. It might be a long journey, arduous at times, but worth it upon completion. If you sign up to run the marathon, your crossing of the finish line is expected. No stragglers will be picked up from remote roadsides.

Finally, in this next surge, Mars makes hay in Sagittarius, and as he does a heap of black holes and other galactic goodies add their influence as Mars makes his way to the Galactic Center in mid-November.

Here are a few Mars to black hole suggestions for his upcoming ride in Sag:

October 12 - 15 ~ Write everything down. Spend five minutes on all new ideas and document every possible spin from/of/for that idea. If you get a new idea, that’s another five minutes. Agree to spend the following ten to eleven days rereading each and every one of these morsels. Add to the morsels in five minute (or longer) increments.

October 26 - 28 ~ Mars joins up with the Great Attractor. Make your ideas universal; applicable to all. Include everyone and every line of thinking. Eliminate biases. Avoid trying to convert those who cannot be converted. Agree to be a nucleus of agendas, activities and organizations.

October 31 - November 3 ~ Perfect your platform. Conduct a contradiction check. Be an expert in all you proclaim as truth. If you don’t have direct experience in what you’re talking about, gather some, then come back wiser and full of profound sharing. Teaching what you need to learn will not be accepted as a viable track. Learn from masters. Trust in those with experience. Cultivate impeccable quality in all you believe.

Then, get ready. When Mars reaches the Galactic Center (November 12 - 13) there will be buyers for great concepts and followers of amazing ideas. Will you be a buyer or seller? Likely, that depends on planetary mise en place.

More soon, as time and space permit.
